We enter early or at growth stage, take real responsibility as owners, and follow our companies through growth, transition and exit. Industry matters less than character: long horizons, regulatory risk and technology risk don't scare us, that is where we work best.
Consolidation
We have worked on consolidating industries where the structure is ready for it, with first-hand experience from the power, energy and telecom sectors. Fragmented markets with many small players, loyal customers and recurring revenue lend themselves to being built into something larger. It is an exercise we know, both as owners and operators.
